Summer is on the way and most of the people wondering about their skin problem they going to get this summer. No matter what type of your skin is, they always going to create lots of trouble in summer especially problems like acne on cheeks, small bump on foreheads, and big pimple. So, let's discuss in detail skin type, causes of skin problem, skin care routine, and diet plan.

Type of Skins:-

  1. Normal skin-
    If you don’t face any issues like oiliness nor dryness, then it is Normal skin. People who have normal skin easily don’t face any issues like acne problems.
  2. Combination skin-
    If you face both oiliness or dryness on your face, then it is a combination skin.
  3. Dry skin-
    Someone who have dry skin have redness, a dull, rough complexion, invisible pores, and visible lines.
  4. Oily skin-
    Oily skin has acne, pimple, small bump on foreheads, blackheads, and red marks. 
  5. Sensitive skin-
    Most of the time sensitive skin type face problems when they use any kind of product, medicine, and makeup, etc and end up with pimples and acne no matter what they try.

Causes of Acne and Pimple:-  

  1. Excess oil.
  2. Pollution and dirt. 
  3. Bacteria. 
  4. Inflammation. 
  5. Hormonal changes.
  6. Certain medication. 
  7. Diet.
  8. Stress. 

But now we have a tip which you can use to prevent acne, pimple and bump on forehead’s just by follow these three simple steps

3 Steps to a Skin Care routine

  1. Cleansing your Skin-
    You must clean your face thrice a day, morning, afternoon, and evening. Use face-wash, according to your skin type which suits you the best, someone who has a clean skin always has less acne and pimple.
  1. Toning your Skin-
    You must always wonder why some part of your face is dark and some part of your face is lighter it is happening because of uneven skin tone. To prevent this, you use the right toner which helps you to get an even skin tone. Using rose water as a toner is best because it doesn’t give you irritation and redness. Zofla rose water is made with Kannauj rose and water, without any chemical.
  1. Moisturizing your skin-
    Using a moisturizer to prevent dryness is the last but most important step. It helps your skin to look glowing the whole day if you use the right moisturizer that who last long 24 hours.

Personally, for cleansing, toning and moisturizing, i use Cetaphil cleanser, zofla rose water, and GEMBLUE BioCare Cucumber Gel respectively.

If you think to follow this step and your acne removal in just one night, then it is not going to happen, it takes at least one month to get a result still it depends upon how much acne and pimple you have on your face. 

Maintaining a diet with skincare is needed for glowing skin. You can’t get glowing skin just buy follow a skincare routine if you eat oily food more and healthy food less.

Additional Tips for Glowing Skin care Routine:- 

  1. Normal skin/ Any type of skin: Drink vegetable juice (carrot, beetroot, and mix), orange juice (help to get rid of soreness and hydrate your skin more than water), and coconut water. 
  2. Oily skin: Oily skin person should eat less oily food to prevent acne and pimple. We know it’s hard, especially when you are a foody person and love to eat. We give you a list of food items in our next post which is healthy and same time tasty to eat. 
  3. Dry skin- Mix glycerine and rose water and apply every night before going to bed and every morning for preventing dry skin and glowing skin (every skin type can use this to get a glowing skin care routine)
  4. Sensitive skin- it is better if a sensitive skin type person uses home remedies more than a market product e.g., coconut oil as a cleanser, rose water as a toner, Rub aloe Vera gel on the face for moisturizer. 

NOTE- Soaked carom seeds in the water at night and drink empty stomach every early in the morning for a good digestion system.

Conclusion: We know that it is not a cup of tea to get glowing skin on a busy schedule, but if you made your mind and follow this step CTM (cleansing, toning, and moisturizing) and maintain your diet, you can achieve anything.
